Bryan Clayton founded BC Consulting in 2022 and leads every engagement himself. He trains clinical research teams to build with AI on their own, and he designed, built and runs this learning platform with the same AI workflows the courses teach.
Clinical trial software
He spent twelve years on the vendor side of IRT and RTSM systems and the wider eClinical stack. He ran the project teams that delivered studies for major pharma, supported regulatory inspections and audits, and rose to Senior Vice President at YPrime and Chief Commercial Officer at Endpoint Clinical.
Teaching
Before clinical research he taught high school music for nine years: band, music theory and audio engineering, last as Director of Bands for the North Penn School District. He holds a B.S. in Music Education from West Chester University and an M.S. in Music Technology from Indiana University, and he has coached baseball at North Penn High School since 2016. A room of people with mixed skill and a fixed amount of time is the same problem in a band room, on a ball field and in an AI workshop.
Speaking
Since 2023 he has taught AI in clinical trials for the Global Clinical Supplies Group in the United States and Europe, the ISPE Investigational Products Benchmarking Team, the RTSM Professional's Society, SCOPE, Outsourcing in Clinical Trials and the Informa IRT and RTSM conference, which he has chaired or co-chaired for four years.
