Refund Policy

If a course is not what you needed, you get your money back. You have fourteen days from the date of purchase to request a full refund on any self-purchase session, no questions asked. We would rather refund a purchase than have you feel stuck with one.
How to request one
Email Assistance@BCConsulting.io from the address you purchased with and name the session you bought. That is all we need. We process refunds within two business days of your email, and the money goes back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it typically appears within five to ten business days.
What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, your access to that session ends. Any artifacts you already downloaded are yours to keep.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the self-purchase sessions sold on this platform. Private cohort training and custom engagements are governed by their own agreements, so refunds for those follow the contract for that engagement rather than this page.
After fourteen days
Requests outside the fourteen-day window are not automatic, but write to us anyway and explain the situation. A person reads every one of these, and we handle the edge cases like humans.
