Terms of Purchase

What you are buying
A purchase on this platform buys one person ongoing access to the training session named at checkout, including its modules, labs, practice exercises, and downloadable materials. Access is tied to the account that made the purchase and is not transferable. If you want to train a team, contact us about a private cohort; it is a better fit and better value than buying seats one at a time.
Your account
If you buy with an email address that does not yet have an account, we create one for you and send a sign-in invitation to that address. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; sharing an account to give others access to purchased content is not permitted.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and are charged once at checkout; the sessions on this platform are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Course content
The course materials, including the downloadable templates, checklists, and skill files, are copyrighted by BC Consulting Group LLC. You are welcome to use and adapt the downloadable artifacts in your own work; that is what they are for. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the course content itself.
The practice chats
Some modules include an embedded AI practice chat. It exists for the exercises, and the same data rules the courses teach apply to it: do not enter patient-identifiable information, confidential company material, or anything else you would not put in a third-party tool. Practice chat conversations are not saved to your account.
What this training is, and is not
These courses teach practical skills and judgment for using AI in clinical trial work. They are education, not regulatory, legal, or validation advice, and they do not replace your company's policies or your quality organization. Where a course discusses regulatory expectations, it reflects our reading of public guidance at the time of writing; your own compliance decisions belong with your own experts.
Refunds
Our refund policy is short and fair: fourteen days, no questions asked. The details are on the refund policy page.
